Join us in making a lasting impact in the lives of abused and neglected children in Fairfax County.
We’re searching for 25 participants to help advocacy grow! You don’t have to be local to participate. All that is required is your commitment and enthusiasm to make a positive impact for children that need it most.
Your support will help ensure children with an open abuse or neglect case have a dedicated CASA by their side as they navigate the child welfare system.
It’s simple: skip shaving for a month, and in the process, you'll help raise awareness and funds for child advocacy. The best part–you don’t have to do it alone! We’ll support you every hair of the way.
How It Works
Set Your Goal
Decide how much you'd like to raise for child advocacy. We'll set up your fundraising page and provide you with a social media tool kit to help with promotion.
Grow & Share
Start November with a clean slate. Throughout the month, grow your facial fuzz and post weekly progress pictures online (and send them to us too!).
Rally Support
Encourage your family and friends to cheer you on with a donation.
Celebrate
We'll wrap up Facial Fuzz with a fun celebration at Kelly's Oyster House, where we'll recognize your hard work and impact!
